I'm in the information technology field, and time after time again I get abused, overworked, and underpaid to the point of making mistakes. I decided to move to get away from the culture of abuse in that area, but then I ended up jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire because this area is even worse. But now that I have relocated, my wife doesn't want to move. Eventually I got called into a work probation situation in HR, and I got very upset and just resigned on the spot after 6 long years of very hard work and quality output, doing extremely difficult tasks that require a lot of intelligence. Unfortunately there are no other IT jobs that pay so well in this area, so I was forced to have to become a PHP freelancer.

Unfortunately, I've now found that the competition in this freelancing is brutal, and I struggle to pay my bills. I am trying hard to be a fighter, to beat the competition by bidding with lower time estimates and working harder and faster, but it's still not good enough. Meanwhile, my grocery bills and gas bills have gone up over the past couple years. Every month I owe about $6K if I want to pay the tax man as well as the bills, or I owe about $3K if I just want to pay the bills. And I struggle to even come up with that.

Please pray for me and my family. Keep me motivated and focused on making this new startup company work, and finding more opportunities to hedge my bets. I wish I could ask for enough cash to help me focus on growing my business this year and not having to worry about bills. I seek a divine miracle. I do not want to be a failure to my wife and two adorable children. I'm a grown man, but sometimes when I'm alone, it's thoughts like these that make me cry.
